What if my gate is locked?

If access to the rear of your property might be an issue, we can arrange to text the night before and ask you to leave the gate unlocked.

How can I pay?

We accept payment on the day (Cash or cheque), or if you’re not home when we clean we’ll leave a note with details of how to pay us via a cheque in the post, Gocardless or BACs. Please always include your name & the first line of your address with payments so we can update our records accordingly.

Do you clean in the rain?

Our customers like us to be regular and reliable – but this can often be challenging in our climate!
Because the pure water cleaning system we use isn’t affected by rain, we do occasionally keep working through light rain to make sure we keep on schedule.

Do you clean internal windows?

Yes we do! Please book in advance if you would like this service so we can arrange our schedule to suit.
